The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia presents its compliments to the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Phnom Penh, and in referring to the Note n° CESY (2011) 31 dated 7 February 2012, has the honour to inform the Embassy that the Royal Government of Cambodia is pleased to support the candidature of the People’s Republic of China for election to the United Nations Human Rights Council for term 2014-2016, at elections to be held during 67th Session of the United Nations General Assembly in May 2013, in New York.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China the assurances of its highest consideration.

The Embassy of the United Arab Emirates presents its compliments to all Diplomatic Missions accredited to the Republic of Austria and to all Permanent Missions accredited to the United Nations and the International Organisations in Vienna, and has the honor to inform that His Excellency Ambassador Mohammed Hamad Omran will be absent from Austria as of 7 July, 2010.
During his absence Mr. Khalid Ibrahim Shohail, Minister Plenipotentiary will act as Chargé d’Affaires a.i.

Вазорати корҳои хориҷа ва ҳамкории байналмилалии Подшоҳи Камбодҷа туҳфаи худро ба сафорати ҷумҳурии халқии ЧИН дар Фном Пенх қадрдони мекунад ва ишора ба ёдошт аз таърихи n° CESY (2011) 31 санаи 7 Феврал 2012 мекунад ва ифтихор дорад ва ин аз тарафи Сафорати кишфари шоҳии Камбоҷа барои ҳимоят аз номзади Ҷумҳурии халқии ЧИН барои интихоб шудан дар Созмони Милали Мутаҳид ба муддати солҳои 2014 2017 ташакур мекнад, ин интихоботи умумии созмони милали мутаҳҳид таҳти рақами 67 дар ню йорк баргузор мегардад.
Вазорати корҳои хориҷа ва ҳамкориҳои байналмилали Шоҳи Камбоҷа аз ин фурсат истифода мекунад ба сафораити ҷумҳурии мардуми Чин барои бовари ҳосил шудан баҳои баланд медиҳад.

Сафорати Иморота Мутаҳидаи Араб туҳфаи худро ба тамоми намояндагони дипломати таъин шудаи давлати Австрия ва намояндагони доимии дар Созмони милали муттаҳид таъин шуда ва тамоми созмонҳои байналмилали дар вена кадрдони мекунад ва изҳори умедворӣ мекунад, ки сафири худмухтор Ҷаноби Муҳаммад Хамад то 7 июли соли 2010 аз Австрия хориҷ мешавад.
Дар вақти набудани ӯ ҷаноби Халид Иброҳим Шоҳайл Вазири корҳои хориҷӣ ҳамчун Ваколатдор оид ба ҳуқуқи инсонӣ фаъолият хоҳад кард.
Ин нота ҳеҷ ҷавобро талаб намекунад.
Сафорати Аморати Муттаҳидаи Араб аз ин имконият истифода мекунад то итминон комил ҳосил шудан бо намояндагиҳои дипломатӣ Ҷумҳурии Австрия ва ҳамаи намояндагиҳои доимии дар Созмони Милали Муттаҳид ва дар ташкилотҳои байналхалқии Вена таъин шудаанд бештари таваҷуҳро ба худ ҷалб мекунад.
