1. وَالْعَادِيَاتِ ضَبْحًا
100|1|By the racers panting.
2. فَالْمُورِيَاتِ قَدْحًا
100|2|Igniting sparks.
3. فَالْمُغِيرَاتِ صُبْحًا
100|3|Raiding at dawn.
4. فَأَثَرْنَ بِهِ نَقْعًا
100|4|Raising clouds of dust.
5. فَوَسَطْنَ بِهِ جَمْعًا
100|5|Storming into the midst.
6. إِنَّ الْإِنْسَانَ لِرَبِّهِ لَكَنُودٌ
100|6|Indeed, the human being is ungrateful to his Lord.
7. وَإِنَّهُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌ
100|7|And he bears witness to that.
8. وَإِنَّهُ لِحُبِّ الْخَيْرِ لَشَدِيدٌ
100|8|And he is fierce in his love of wealth.
9. أَفَلَا يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِي الْقُبُورِ
100|9|Does he not know? When the contents of the graves are scattered around.
10. وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِي الصُّدُورِ
100|10|And the contents of the hearts are obtained.
11. إِنَّ رَبَّهُمْ بِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ لَخَبِيرٌ
100|11|Their Lord, on that Day, is fully informed of them.
